The Foundation is governed through two tiers of management — a policy level and an executive level. This separation keeps strategic direction distinct from day-to-day operations, ensuring transparency, accountability and the effective use of financial capital in service of the welfare mission.
Committee of Administration (CoA)
Defines the strategic direction of the Foundation without involvement in its day-to-day functioning.
- Chairman: Lt Gen Azhar Waqas, HI(M) — Adjutant General, GHQ
- Members include the MD/CEO and senior serving officers across the armed forces
- Secretary: Brig Irfan Khan, T.Bt (Retd)
Central Board of Directors (CBOD)
Controls, manages and directs all industrial, commercial and welfare operations of the Foundation.
